Bio
Life, especially human life is precious. However, what defines us is not the fact that we live, but how we live.

You could live to preserve life. To not push any boundaries, to be satisfied with regular. To be moved along with the tides of time. The tides of time move everything in their own ways, slowly, inexorably. From life, to death, time is a finite boundary for all of us.

But what if you had the power to move of your own accord, not in spite of time, but in tandem with it. What if you saw a spot on the horizon, and wanted to get there? Goals are our destinations in life. There are no dreams, only unfulfilled goals. There are those who race against time - to join the race that others compete in. It's like an endurance race - there are no set laps or distance - but a finite time.

We set our own course, and the speed at which we get there. I've joined the race against time long ago, plotting goals, and rushing toward them. Sometimes I get lost. Sometimes when I get there, they are merely a mirage or illusion. But sometimes they are worthwhile, and you only know that when you get there. Once you get there, though, there's always another goal on the horizon.

This journal is almost like an onboard camera, like the ones you see in most Motorsport. You can see the courses I plot, the destinations I rush headlong toward, the mistakes I make.

I friend everyone who wants to friend me *, of course - and maybe you'll even join the race yourself.

* Within reason - If I don't actually know you, you'll have to at least tell me who you are before I add you.

A bit about me

As you can already see, I live in Sydney, Australia. I read the news a lot - so you'll hear a lot about current events here, especially big ones. I work in IT, but am seriously not a computer geek. In fact, I'm a revhead and follow the Formula 1 and the World Rally Championships.
